PROJECT SUMMARY

PPM were engaged to increase mine capacity from 15Mtpa to 60Mtpa.

  • Leading an Owner’s Ramp Up Team that provided an efficient interface with the operations to successfully delivered improvement projects from mining; processing; ore stacking; and delivery to port via the train load out system.
  • The Team improved the operations information management system; Stockyard optimisation, train load-out and Reclaimer rail and ROM pad bridge subsidence remediation.
