PROJECT SUMMARY

PPM were engaged to assist with a $2.5B Port Expansion Project.

• Port Expansion Project included construction of two Inload/Outload Circuits; two train unloaders; two berths and two shiploaders.
• Monthly project reviews with key project managers in the Owner’s Team and EPCM Contractor and our years of experience helped us to add value in relation to in project management; identifying overlooked issues and providing a quick, concise summary of key areas in the project to focus on, resulting in significant cost savings and timely delivery of key milestones.
