PPM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects of varying sizes from inception through to deployment. This role holds end-to-end responsibility for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations and company standards. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, leading project teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Objectives:
- Interface with internal and external customers, including external Project Managers, to ensure the successful completion and profitability of multiple major projects, typically multi-million dollar in scale.
- Ensure compliance with Enerven’s Work Health & Safety (WH&S) policies, procedures, and practices across all project activities.
- Provide high-standard customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including community groups.
- Actively participate in pre-bid and tendering activities, offering delivery strategy, construction methodology, and design advice to estimators, planners, and other bid team members to ensure competitive and reliable tender submissions.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for the project’s performance, including safety, schedule, design development, stakeholder relationships, resourcing, quality control, procurement, commercial management, and financial outcomes.
Key Relationships and Areas of Influence:
- Manage and deliver major projects in line with client expectations, including effective management of suppliers.
- Provide technical, project, and construction advice to the project team and clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Contribute value-added advice during the tender phase to internal and external stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
- Actively participate in team development, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Project Management or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience.
- Significant experience in managing large multi-million dollar projects in a complex corporate environment.
- Current SA Driver’s Licence (Class C).
Other Conditions:
- Availability for travel intrastate, interstate, or internationally as required.
- Out-of-hours work may be required from time to time.
Reporting Relationships:
This role reports directly to the Program Manager and collaborates closely with project teams and key stakeholders.
